From just after the Civil War until the rise of airline travel in the 1960s, anyone traveling any significant distance across the United States probably passed through one of the six passenger stations in Chicago. Join historian David Clark for a glimpse of the experiences of the passengers who passed through those terminals–each of which had its own unique look and “personality.”
