Event Details

Meditation and yoga instructor Lisa Sparagna will join us for a meditation class and help you connect to your calm. Lisa will discuss what meditation is, how it works and how to start practicing at home. Attendees will then be guided through a variety of meditations to reconnect to a place of deep relaxation. This program is best suited toward adults and teens.
