Irish Cuisine--Beyond Corned Beef

 Chef Susan Maddox will demonstrate how to prepare such Irish treats as Irish beer & cheddar soup, soda bread with Irish whiskey butter, beet & bacon salad and Bailey's infused creme brulee. Tastings will be provided.
