Spend an afternoon with Chef Michael R. Maddox who will teach you how to create great new appetizers and desserts to fill your recipe box. The canapés include caramelized onion & Gruyere brulee on a crispy baguette and apricot Boursin cheese pate on a choux puff. For the desserts, Chef Maddox will be preparing bittersweet chocolate pot au crème and French citrus tart with caramelized Italian meringue. All recipes will be vegetarian style.
Attendees will be given samples of the food. Please contact Adult Services if you have any specific food allergies the presenter should be aware of.
