The topic is Teens and Social Media. Teens TALK, which is funded by an Illinois Humanities grant program called "Illinois Speaks", is a discussion series featuring a panel of teens who will be given a voice and a safe space to productively share, discuss, and problem-solve on topics that are important to them. Discussions will be moderated. Teens and adults are welcome in the audience. The goal is to overcome generational barriers, foster healthy communications, and help all of us be a bit more enlightened about each other's thoughts and feelings. Light refreshments will be served.
