I teach a class on "Consumer Violation's" by debt collector's when they harass a consumer for debt's that are not owed by the consumer. Including violations of the the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act, (FCRA) and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

I show them how to get a free copy of their credit report through the Annual Credit Report website. And how to report violations to CFPB Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. So many people are in need of this type of education but most have to pay for it through high priced attorney's that tell them they should file bankruptcy, or all those debt consolidation company with scam's, along with so much mis-information on the internet, we can educate them on the facts.
