Fantastic Code and How to Write It

Event Type: Family
Date: 5/27/2017
Start Time: 10:00 AM
End Time: 11:00 AM
Description:
Python & Wands - Help Us Cast Lumos!

Did you know you can use code to make paintings? Help us create light paintings with the Python Imaging Library, LEDs, a soldering iron, and long exposure photography. We'll also have light wands and a programming board game out for your enjoyment.

No prior experience with the Python programming language, soldering, Arduino micro controllers, and/or photography are required for this event. Just bring friends and family!

Because we'll be using hot tools like a soldering iron and hot glue, we suggest that only kids ages 10+ attend this workshop.

This is the fourth and final part of our 4-part Fantastic Code and How to Write It workshop series. Attend one or all!

Registration is required. Limit 10. Kids AND their caregivers must register if attending as a group.
