The topic of this session is: The Importance of How Valuable a Girl Feels to Herself and the World. Girls will explore the value of themselves and discuss why they spend so much time on negative thoughts such as wondering what is wrong with them and why they can’t be better, prettier or more popular.

Reading Program Details
From June 2 to August 2, join the fun and participate in our Summer Reading Program, "Paws to Read". Complete sixteen pre-reading activities with your little one and receive a prize. A list of pre-reading activities may be picked up at the Youth Services desk.

Your log may be completed on paper or online. Children must have their own valid Plainfield Public Library card to be able to register and log their books online. All activities must be logged by 5:00 pm on Saturday, August 2. No logs will be accepted after this date.

Prizes may be picked up beginning Monday, June 16.
