Chef Dave Esau returns to prepare some scrumptious appetizers just in time for holiday entertaining. Dave is an award winning chef and TV and radio personality who has a successful catering business in Mt. Prospect. Be entertained and inspired. Food samples and recipes will be available for all to enjoy. Registration for this program will be limited to Warrenville Library cardholders until one week prior to the program, when it will be open to the general public.
