 Learn to increase your focus and inner peace with wellness coach Tom Kens at this program. Learn how a heightened awareness of your thoughts can decrease negative self talk, and allow room for you to focus on the things you are passionate about. Dress comfortably. Weather permitting, we can take a walk for your first experience.
