|Hybrid Gentle Mat Yoga|

Join Rhonda Fentry, in person or remotely, as she guides you through a one-hour session of gentle exercise. Gentle mat yoga can be done on a mat, bed or couch. This class involves gentle stretching with some standing, sitting and lying down poses. Rhonda will inform you about your body and breathing, while focusing on flexibility and the relaxation of body and mind.Map
Face masks are required for in-person programming. Please bring a yoga mat or towel and a water bottle.
How does hybrid work? You will be able to participate in person or from home. You will receive a zoom link to participate remotely if you choose to do so.
Rhonda Fentry has a Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and Human Movement. She received her 200 hour yoga teaching certificate from Yogafit and has trained at Corepower Yoga, Yoga by Degrees, and the Temple of Kriya.
