On Thursday, September 28th the Homewood Public Library will sponsor a field trip to the Shedd Aquarium for patrons aged 60 and older! Transportation will be provided and registrants must arrive by 10:45 a.m the morning of the 28th. Transportation will depart from the library around 11:00 am, arriving at the Shedd by noon, unless there is heavy traffic. Transportation will be provided back to the library as well and depart from the city at approximately 3:00 pm.

Proof of COVID vaccination, a valid HPL card in good standing, and signing a waiver 5 days prior to the event are all required for this trip. There is also a $25 cancellation fee. Lunch is not provided, although there is a café in the Shedd. Registration is limited and patrons will be added to a wait list if necessary.
