On Thursday, May 9th the Homewood Public Library will sponsor a field trip to the DuSable Black History Museum and Education Center for patrons aged 60 and older! Transportation will be provided and registrants must arrive by 10:45 a.m the morning of the 9th. We will depart from the library at 11:00 a.m and will leave the museum around 2:00 p.m. Lunch is not provided. A valid HPL card in good standing and signing a waiver at least 5 days prior to the event are required for this trip. There is also a $25 cancellation fee. Registration is limited and patrons will be added to a wait list. Please refer to the information sheet and off site activity waiver for full details.
