Fantastic Code and How to Write It

Event Type: Kids
Date: 5/13/2017
Start Time: 1:00 PM
End Time: 2:30 PM
Description:
 Python for Kids!

We invite kids in grades 5 - 8 to join us for this fun workshop. They'll learn the basics of the Python programming language, including how to write strings, lists, tuples, and dictionaries. We'll end the session with a fun art project using Python's Turtle module.

This is a great workshop for parents hoping to expose their kids to STEAM subjects. Programming of any kind is excellent for helping kids expand their logic and math skills (and patience!)

Registration for this workshop is required and limited to 6 attendees.
