 Join Craig Pfannkuche, Archivist of the Chicago & Northwestern Historical Society, for an entertaining and informative presentation on the history of Chicago’s Railroads and the Railroad Fair of 1948. Discover the factors that caused Chicago to become the center of American railroading and learn about the men, such as William Butler Ogden, who planned and ran the railroads which still serve Chicago today.
