 Yoga is about connecting your body with your brain and your breath. These alignment-based classes will teach you how to move mindfully no matter what your experience level. Bring a large towel or two and a mat, and any other props such as blocks and straps that you have. Chairs will be available for those who cannot get down on the floor. What a great way to start the day!Classes taught by Allison Wilmes, soma yoga therapist and teacher.
