THIS IS A TEST PROGRAM FOR STAFF USE ONLY.
Summer Reading Programs will begin on May 31 at 9am.
The Kids SRP is for children from birth through 6th grade.
Here's how the program works - read books to earn book bucks to buy prizes at the library. There will also be a lot of great activities that you can come to over the summer!
Each reading log is 5 books or 2 1/2 hours, whichever comes first and is at your own reading level.
Books read beginning May 31 count for the Summer Reading Program.
Important Dates to remember:
- first day you can register for the Summer Reading Program and start counting your reading
- the Book Bonanza opens and tickets for the 4th-6th grade bonus party will be available
- the last day to turn in reading logs and GRAB logs, last day to pick up and spend book bucks, and last day for the Book Bonanza.
If you have any questions about the program please email the Children's Department at email@example.com or call us at 309.454.4668.
