September 20 – Mindful Eating 101
Did you know that how and why you eat is equally as important as what you eat? Here, you’ll learn what mindful eating is, and what it looks like in real life. We’ll explore 5 different ways you can weave mindful eating into your daily life to help you slow down,be present, notice your true hunger levels, stop overeating, and be more truly satisfied with your meal.

September 27 -- Feeling Better in Your Body
You don’t need to wait weeks, months, or years to feel better in your body. There are mindset shifts and food choices you can make today, to help you feel noticeably better tomorrow. How liberating is that? You’ll learn which foods can make your body, mind and mood feel worse, and which ones can make you feel better. You’ll learn how to tune in to how certain foods make you feel. Not everyone needs all the same foods!

October 4 -- Peaceful Solutions for Emotional Eating
Everyone soothes uncomfortable feelings with something. For many of us, it’s food, and it can lead to weight gain, fatigue and more. In this class, I’ll share my own stories of emotional eating, and how I overcame it. We’ll talk about guilt, shame, the “diet” mindset, and self-compassion. If you’ve struggled with emotional eating, please attend this class. I promise you’ll learn practical solutions for how you can feel better in a healthy, even joyful, way.

October 11 – Make Your Healthy Habits Stick
“You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win. True words spoken by Zig Ziglar. In this class, you’ll learn the essentials of setting yourself up for a healthier life. We talk about time management, prioritizing, and planning in terms of grocery shopping, meal prep, and physical activity. You’ll have to make some changes, but you’ll feel motivated and inspired after this class.
