Calling all ghosts, goblins, and ghouls of all ages! The West Chicago Public Library District is having a carnival of monstrous proportions. Stop in from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. to play spooky games, take home a terrifying balloon creation and venture a walk through the Maze of Madness.
