Objectives include: identification of effective coping methods/skills, and effective communication with family, friends and colleagues. Learn to manage, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and irritability. During the presentation, the presenter will define bullying and cyberbullying, address and discuss the various types of bullying. The presenter will review and encourage discussion on how to support the youth and help with issues related to bullying.
