 This presentation will provide education on stress management, coping and will include empirically‐based information. Objectives include: identification of effective coping methods/skills, and effective communication with family, friends and colleagues. Learn to manage, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and irritability. Identify triggers and learn positive habits for a balanced lifestyle.
With a component on bullying

Coping Skills and referral information.
During the presentation, the presenter will define bullying and cyberbullying, address and discuss the various types of bullying. The presenter will review and encourage discussion on how to support the youth and help with issues related to bullying.
